Infinix is not the only one that has an ultra-slim budget phone: fellow Transsion brand itel also has one with the S25 Ultra, which brags a thickness of 6.9mm–or just 0.1mm thicker than the HOT 50 Pro+. itel has yet to reveal the full specs of the S25 Ultra, but touted it to be durable enough to withstand bend tests and has a so-called TitanShield structure (which we presume is similar to the HOT 50 Pro+’s Titan Wing architecture).
Based on the official teaser photos, we’re expecting a curved AMOLED panel–the second in itel’s portfolio since the S23+, and what appears to be a triple rear camera setup.
While the S25 Ultra will be unveiled on November 10, itel also has the regular S25, which will be unveiled on November 8. It’s listed in Shopee for Php 5,799, and some of the S25’s key specs include a 7.3mm thin body with a 5000mAh battery inside, a 50-megapixel rear camera, 32-megapixel front camera, IP54 rating, and a 120hz Full HD+ AMOLED display. It will come in a 8GB/128GB configuration, and we expect the S25 Ultra to have roughly the same set of specs save for an upgrade to a curved display.
