The saree is a kosa silk warp with a handspun muga silk weft, while the polka motifs, intricately woven with silk gold zari and handspun muga silk, add a regal charm. The Jala weaving process, known for its complexity, involves meticulously handcrafting each motif with precision and artistry—a true testament to India’s cultural heritage and craftsmanship of Dewangan artists.

The jala technique is often used to fabricate and depict the traditional style of farmers in Chhattisgarh. Ivory is the colour of elegance in a subtle way. And this latest look of Nita Ambani was specially crafted in Chandrapur-Raigarh cluster of Chhattisgarh. This handloom creation comes from the central part of India.

She further paired it with rich layered necklace made of red and ivory beads. Dainty stud with ruby accentuated the sophistication of the ensemble. Take cues from Nita Ambani’s designer boat neck blouse with quarter sleeves. This adds a bold and smart look to the ethnic beauty of a saree. She completed the outfit with a simple traditional middle parted bun nude tone minimal makeup and a simple red bindi.

Every saree owned by Mukesh Ambani’s wife is a testament to her love and passion towards Indian craftsmanship.
